This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of technology partnerships, developer ecosystems, and platform innovation. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling a next-generation ecosystem strategy that transforms integrations into a powerful driver of platform adoption and revenue growth. Operating across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, you will define how external developers and strategic partners build on and extend the platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, ecosystem thinking, and executive-level influence to position the platform as a leading AI-driven telemetry and data solution. You will also serve as a key external evangelist, representing the organization across major industry events and partner engagements.
- Define and execute a comprehensive developer ecosystem strategy, enabling a “build-on” and “build-with” platform model
- Develop and manage strategic alliances with cloud providers, ISVs, and technology partners to drive joint innovation and growth
- Lead the design of integration frameworks, reference architectures, and scalable partner solutions
- Build and operationalize an ecosystem monetization strategy, including marketplace offerings, apps, and extensions
- Drive deep technical collaboration with partners to ensure seamless interoperability and enhanced customer value
- Oversee multi-year alliance strategies and ensure alignment with product and business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Enablement teams
- Lead co-marketing initiatives, events, and developer engagement programs such as hackathons and technical advocacy
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure ecosystem and alliance success
- Act as a senior external representative and thought leader in the cloud, data, and AI ecosystem space
- 10+ years of experience in cloud, ISV alliances, technical partnerships, or ecosystem development roles
- 7+ years of experience in partnership strategy, business development, or platform growth within the technology industry
- Strong technical background with deep understanding of observability, security, data, or cloud-native ecosystems
- Experience working with major cloud marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proven ability to build and scale developer ecosystems or platform-based partner programs
- Strong experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and GTM functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and strategic alliances
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities
- Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with modern platform and API-driven business models
- Competitive salary range of $165,000–$250,000 depending on experience and location
