BRG is seeking an Associate Director to drive delivery of high-impact AI and digital transformation engagements. This role is suited for a highly analytical, structured problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can translate complex challenges into practical, value-driven outcomes.
As part of BRG’s AI and Decision Intelligence practice, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, helping clients embed AI into core business processes and realize measurable economic value. You will lead day-to-day engagements, manage teams, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end transformation — from strategy through implementation. This role requires a generalist “athlete” mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly across problem solving, financial modeling, operating model design, and program execution.
ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Problem Solving
o Structure and lead complex, ambiguous problem-solving efforts, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
o Develop executive-level deliverables, including strategy, business cases, financial models, and transformation roadmaps.
o Ensure delivery quality, managing timelines, teams, and client expectations.
Strategy, Value Creation & Operating Model
o Support development of AI and digital strategies, including use case prioritization and investment planning.
o Build robust financial models and value cases to inform decision-making and track impact.
o Assess and redesign workflows and operating models to enable AI-driven transformation, integrating technology, process, and human roles.
o Establish and support program governance and PMO structures, driving alignment across stakeholders and workstreams.
o Manage risks, dependencies, and execution against transformation objectives.
o Support change management and adoption, ensuring solutions are embedded into day-to-day operations.
Leadership & Practice Development
o Lead and develop junior team members, fostering analytical rigor and structured thinking.
o Contribute to practice development, including methodologies, reusable assets, and business development.
o Support client relationship management and proposal development.
Qualifications
• 6–10+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles, with exposure to AI, digital, or analytics-driven transformation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with experience addressing complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Strong financial acumen, including business case development and modeling.
• Experience in operating model design, process transformation, or large-scale program delivery.
• Familiarity with AI and data-driven technologies and their business applications.
• Experience with program governance, PMO, and cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior executives.
• Combination of consulting and industry experience preferred.
Salary Range: 177,000 - 275,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
