This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful creative work that supports communications in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You will develop compelling visual solutions that translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives across print and digital channels. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will contribute to projects that directly support market access initiatives and improve understanding of healthcare solutions. The position requires strong conceptual thinking, design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will partner closely with senior creative leadership to uphold high design standards while mentoring and guiding design talent. This is a hands-on role where creativity, precision, and strategic thinking come together to deliver meaningful client outcomes.
- Lead the concept, design, and development of creative assets across multiple accounts and platforms, including print, digital, and presentation materials
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, account teams, and production specialists to execute integrated campaigns
- Manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery while ensuring alignment with timelines and strategic objectives
- Delegate tasks effectively to designers and provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control on creative output
- Develop visually compelling presentations, infographics, and data-driven storytelling solutions that simplify complex content
- Oversee production processes, ensuring accuracy, technical specifications, and readiness for print and digital distribution
- Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients while incorporating feedback and refining solutions
- Maintain high creative standards while staying current with design trends, tools, and healthcare marketing practices
- 4+ years of experience as an Art Director in an agency or creative department environment
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, or a related field; experience in pharma or healthcare is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as PowerPoint
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, data visualization, and omnichannel design execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities within cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range: 67,000 – 93,000 USD annually
