360 Services of VA is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to support our growing construction and infrastructure projects across Virginia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as Mini excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, and compactors on civil and utility construction sites.
  • Perform grading, trenching, excavation, and site preparation activities according to project specifications.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily tasks and project goals.
  • Adapt to new equipment operating methods and techniques as needed.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism on all job assignments.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Proficiency in using excavators, skid steers, dozers, and other machinery.
  • Experience with GPS systems is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Valid Driver's License required; CDL Class A preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (company-provided training available).
  • Willingness to assist with general labor when needed on-site
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
  • Hours will be defined based on project needs

Location

  • Onsite across Virginia - primarily on VDOT and municipal project sites
