Part Time Leasing Agent at Tarantino Senior Living Communities – Richmond, Texas

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Part Time Leasing Agent to oversee an apartment community located in Richmond.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication

Onesite Software experience preferred

Lease-up experience preferred

Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus
