Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Hackensack, NJ and throughout Bergen County. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and value building strong, one-on-one relationships with patients and their families.

As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide individualized, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. This setting allows you to focus on delivering attentive, high-quality care while developing meaningful, lasting connections.

Most cases offer 8–12 hour shifts, providing both flexibility and consistent scheduling.

• $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Health Requirements:

• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
