Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in keeping our production and fulfillment operations running smoothly. This role ensures accurate, real-time inventory levels by performing routine counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining organized, well-labeled stock areas. You’ll collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Fulfillment teams to support daily operations and seasonal peaks.
This position also leads returns management, ensuring customer repairs, returns, and exchanges are processed efficiently and with exceptional care. From completing repairs to recording and restocking returned jewelry, you help maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect.

What You'll Do
Inventory Management
- Perform routine counts of raw materials and finished goods to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Reconcile discrepancies and identify root causes, partnering with Supply Chain and Production to prevent recurrence.
- Receive, check in, organize, and put away materials daily.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy, reporting issues to the Supply Chain Lead.
- Maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory areas aligned with company standards.
- Update inventory systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Review department processes and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support Fulfillment and Production teams during seasonal volume spikes.
Returns Management
- Complete jewelry repairs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process returns and exchanges using appropriate software.
- Clean, re-card, and restock returned jewelry to company standards.
Schedule
You'll work Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM. This role is temporary and will begin in May with an anticipated end date of early October 2026.
Requirements:What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inventory management or a related operational role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting with occasional standing and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs to access production areas.
