Success depends on building strong relationships with district and state education leaders, influencing systemic change, and aligning the team to evolving strategic goals. The position is remote-based with regular travel to partner districts, organizational retreats, and professional development events.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Senior Directors across multiple district partnerships, ensuring each project achieves transformational professional learning and measurable student outcomes.
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to drive high performance, adaptive thinking, and collaborative practices across teams.
  • Oversee program implementation strategies, scoping, and pricing for expansions and renewals, aligning work to service packages and organizational priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior district leaders, state education agencies, and funders to expand program reach and impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally on workforce strategy, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize team effectiveness and program outcomes.
  • Utilize data to monitor progress, guide decision-making, and communicate impact results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering adaptive mindsets and alignment with evolving strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in education, instructional leadership, or related fields, including at least 5 years in management roles.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site program implementation with measurable outcomes and high client satisfaction.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders, cultivating high-performing teams, and driving collaborative results.
  • Expertise in scoping work, pricing accurately, and aligning services to standardized offerings.
  • Strong ability to build trust and maintain relationships with senior district and state education leaders.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead through ambiguity, complexity, and organizational change.
  • Experience adopting and integrating AI or other innovative tools to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 8–12+ times per year for retreats, programming, and partner engagements.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($156,808–$217,686/year) with standard starting salary of $184,480; adjustments possible for additional experience.
  • Geographic salary multiplier based on Northeast location.
  • 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees; 60% coverage for partners and dependents.
  • 4% employer 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts (medical, childcare, commuter), and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Paid time off: 22 days per year for first three years, increasing with tenure, plus 16 paid holidays including three floating holidays.
  • Remote work with travel opportunities for organizational events, district visits, and professional development.
  • Opportunity to lead national-scale impact initiatives, drive systemic change, and shape the future of education.
