Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor filling and production lines to ensure accurate fills, carbonation levels, can weights, packaging, and labeling quality.
• Perform line start-up, changeovers, shutdowns, minor maintenance, troubleshooting, and recipe programming.
• Complete quality checks and maintain required production and QC documentation.
• Coordinate end-of-run cleanouts and support CIP activities.
• Work closely with the Batching team on tank preparation and filling operations.
• Cross-train on and operate CFT/Comac counter-pressure fillers and Mojonnier mix processors.
• Maintain GMP, food safety, and manufacturing safety compliance, including cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Support other production needs and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be Bilingual Spanish
• 1 year Canning Line experience required.
• Experience in Brewing or Brewery operations desired.
• Experience in Beverage Manufacturing strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain great attendance.
