- Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise sales strategies focused on acquiring new logo customers and expanding market presence.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify business challenges and build trusted relationships with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to clearly articulate value propositions and communicate complex solutions in a compelling way.
- Partner closely with inside sales and cross-functional teams to prepare for meetings, align messaging, and support deal execution.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities and strengthen brand visibility.
- Design and implement innovative approaches to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while providing feedback to inform product and market strategy.
- 5 or more years of experience selling into enterprise-level customers, with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
- Proven background in B2B MarTech SaaS sales, preferably selling multi-product solutions.
- Experience selling to retail and e-commerce brands, with an understanding of their commercial and marketing challenges.
- Demonstrated success using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Highly driven, resilient, and persistent mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Competitive base salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 annually for US-based candidates, plus bonus or commission.
