- Serve as the primary administrative and logistical liaison to the Board of Directors and its Committees, ensuring timely communication and effective engagement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Board activities, including committee coordination, agenda preparation, pre-read materials, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Oversee operational and administrative processes to support executive priorities, including project management, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across senior leadership, ensuring alignment on strategic and operational projects.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and communications for Board and executive-level meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, including travel, vendors, and meeting space setup.
- Maintain centralized organizational records, governance documents, and compliance-related materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, operations, or governance roles, preferably within non-profits, foundations, or complex organizational structures.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience managing confidential information and exercising discretion at senior levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting agendas, pre-read materials, and executive-level documents.

- Superior organizational, logistical, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
