- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market analysis, competitor trends, and territory priorities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver product presentations, training, and support to educate clients on features and benefits.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements or growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, keeping up-to-date with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address client needs and resolve challenges effectively.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industries; 5+ years strongly preferred.
- Experience in product launches and a documented record of exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred.
- Understanding of US reimbursement landscape and technical biologics processes.
- Strong project management skills, including contracting, budget control, and timeline management.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Forward-thinking, proactive, and creative problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
