- Develop and manage pricing strategies for storage and commercial leasing segments, ensuring optimal revenue performance.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support short-term and long-term revenue goals.
- Analyze demand, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with operations, construction, and finance teams to execute value-add capital projects.
- Assist in the creation and organization of operating and capital business plans for assigned assets.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Build strong partnerships with property teams, understanding each sites market, challenges, and growth potential.
- Bachelors degree in business, data analytics, economics, or 46 years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in property management, revenue management, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Business Objects, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Contour.
- Intermediate experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data mining, cleaning, and analysis to derive actionable business insights.
