As a Clinician in our Early Childhood program, you’ll work with children at risk of psychiatric hospitalization and their families. You’ll provide therapy and support directly in the home, school, and community, building meaningful relationships and helping families strengthen their functioning in real time.

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and crisis intervention services
  • Support parents with skills training and advocacy
  • Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and community partners

  • LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA, or equivalent preferred (license-eligible graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Experience working with children and families (preferred)
  • Comfort working with diverse, urban communities
  • Strong clinical writing and communication skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
