About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build a strong, proactive safety culture. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to keep our workplace safe, compliant, and continuously improving.

• Lead and manage environmental, health, and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations
• Train employees on safety policies and best practices
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and Gemba walks
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Support safety committees, incentive programs, and workers’ comp claims
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, or related field
• OSHA or similar EHS certification
• 3–5 years of EHS experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations
• Confident trainer and communicator with strong leadership skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Ability to work at a computer and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
