Plastic Distributors & Fabricators (PDF) is hiring experienced CNC Machinists with setup experience to machine precision plastic and aluminum components. This is a hands-on role in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment producing large, complex parts

What You’ll Do

Set up and run CNC machining centers (horizontal, vertical, and/or ProtoTRAK)Load tools, set offsets, and dial in jobsRead and work from blueprints and GD&TPerform first-piece, in-process, and final inspectionsMachine plastic and aluminum parts to tight tolerancesTroubleshoot machining and quality issuesother duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For

2+ years CNC machining experienceSetup experience required (minor program edits a plus)Comfortable with calipers, micrometers, height gaugesExperience machining plastics and/or aluminumStrong attention to detail and qualityHigh School Diploma/GED RequiredNice to Have

Horizontal machining experienceLarge or complex part experienceCNC certificate or apprenticeshipISO 9001 environment experiencePay Transparency

The pay range for this position is $26.00–$39.00 per hour. This is a good-faith estimate; actual pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, internal equity, and shift requirements.
