We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker (LSW) licensed in the state of Michigan who is passionate about mental health and excited to join a collaborative psychiatric practice. This clinician will provide talk therapy services via telehealth, working closely with psychiatric providers and care teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered treatment.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact from anywhere.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorders, and age-related mental health concerns
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated care
Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing collaboration
Active LSW license in the state of Michigan (required)
Experience providing therapy for:
Anxiety and mood disorders
Postpartum mental health
Adult and/or senior populations
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fully remote / telehealth environment
Experience with EMRs and virtual platforms preferred
Passion for compassionate, patient-centered mental health care
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based setting
100% remote position – work from home
