We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker (LSW) licensed in the state of Michigan who is passionate about mental health and excited to join a collaborative psychiatric practice. This clinician will provide talk therapy services via telehealth, working closely with psychiatric providers and care teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered treatment.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact from anywhere.

• Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorders, and age-related mental health concerns

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated care

• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing collaboration

• Active LSW license in the state of Michigan (required)

• Experience providing therapy for:

  • Anxiety and mood disorders

  • Postpartum mental health

  • Adult and/or senior populations

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fully remote / telehealth environment

• Experience with EMRs and virtual platforms preferred

• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered mental health care

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based setting
