Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager who is skilled in applying project management methodologies and supporting cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll help develop and maintain project management standards while ensuring the successful transition of projects into production.
You’ll accomplish project objectives by planning, coordinating, and evaluating project activities, while contributing recommendations to strategic plans and operational reviews. This role plays a key part in improving productivity, quality, and customer service standards through problem-solving, audits, trend analysis, system improvements, and change implementation. The Project Manager also supports financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
Key Responsibilities

Apply project management methodologies to support successful project implementation

Plan, coordinate, and evaluate project activities to meet established objectives

Support team members and collaborate with stakeholders across hospital departments

Ensure successful project turnover to production

Track and analyze project and divisional cost, schedule, and performance metrics

Direct project efforts and funding to meet defined schedules and budget constraints
-
Develop estimates for staffing, schedules, and workload to meet project milestones

Analyze and evaluate operational effectiveness against established goals and objectives

Provide guidance and support to financial management personnel

Develop staffing plans and identify project documentation requirements and procedures

Manage third-party contracts related to assigned projects

This role involves working closely with hospital leadership, department administrators, and staff to support a collaborative, service-focused environment. The Project Manager communicates clearly, manages priorities effectively, and contributes to a professional and respectful workplace culture.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field

3–5 years of experience working in healthcare or technology
-
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage complex projects
-
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
-
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
-
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
-
Experience managing third-party contracts
-
Experience with telephony systems and communications
-
Ability to work effectively within a matrix organizational structure
-
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, coworkers, and the community
