About the Position

Title: Operations Manager
Location: Baltimore

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily courier operations (dispatch, route planning, independent contractor management) for seamless 24/7/365 service.
• Drive efficiency by working with major logistics platforms (UPS, DHL, FedEx, Xcelerator, etc.).
• Support the deployment of automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Azure Logic Apps) to enhance operational processes.
• Audit workflows (via client portals like BambooHR, Veroot, Openforce) and ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate on innovation initiatives (e.g., automated IC onboarding, delivery center optimization).

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Hands-on logistics operations, ideally in courier or transportation management.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI-enabled logistics tools (automation, route optimization, data analysis); experience with Microsoft Azure or similar is a plus.
• Leadership: Strong organizational and team management skills; can lead in a dynamic, small-team environment.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license; ability to secure an STA.
