West Babylon - School Only RN or LPN Needed for Pediatric Patient at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – West Babylon, New York

We are seeking a skilled and attentive RN or LPN to provide school-based nursing care for a 3-year-old male pediatric patient with medical needs. The patient has a G-tube and a tracheostomy and utilizes a ventilator at night only. He has a history of respiratory issues and requires ongoing respiratory monitoring during the school day.

The patient is ambulatory and has some hearing loss. Nursing responsibilities at school include monitoring respiratory status, providing trach care and suctioning as needed, managing G-tube–related needs, and ensuring overall safety and well-being while the patient participates in school activities.

This role requires collaboration with school staff and a calm, proactive nursing approach to support the patient’s health while promoting engagement in the educational environment.

Shifts Avail:
DAYS: Wednesday and Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm - Hours include riding the bus with the patient.

Requirements:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Experience with Tracheostomy & Ventilator
