About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Broker Support Specialist to join our Australian mortgage support team.
The role involves managing the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with lenders and clients. You will work closely with an entrepreneurial mortgage broking team, providing proactive and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities
Loan Application Management
- Review and verify all loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Check applicant details (income, employment, ID, etc.) and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Prepare compliant applications for lender submission.
- Assist in assessing creditworthiness, using serviceability calculators and reviewing credit reports and valuations.
- Ensure compliance with NCCP, Privacy, AML/KYC, and Responsible Lending obligations.
- Liaise with brokers, applicants, and lenders to resolve issues or obtain additional information.
- Track progress with lenders and follow up to maintain SLAs.
- Provide clear status updates to brokers and clients.
- Guide applicants on document requirements and credit processes.
- Deliver prompt and professional responses to all queries.
- Support the client’s brokers and wider team with administrative and process needs.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Australian mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of loan processes, serviceability, and credit assessment.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NCCP, Privacy, AML/KYC, BID).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with low doc, SMSF, or commercial loans is an advantage.
- Competitive salary up to ₱50,000/month (depending on experience).
- Allowances up to ₱4,000/month.

- Day shift, Monday–Friday
- Full time onsite (Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue, Ortigas)
