Job Title: Data Science Team Lead

Overview: Lead the Data Science team to drive analytics strategy, oversee project execution, and deliver impactful data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor analytics team; manage projects and ensure collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics; adjust strategies for business impact.
• Establish data governance policies ensuring integrity and security.
• Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for critical milestones.
• Provide technology leadership in analytics visualization and dashboard design.
• Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and advanced coding tools.
• Communicate data value clearly; influence adoption of data-driven improvements.
• Perform risk assessment, contingency planning, and project realignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in managing complex technology infrastructure programs.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role delivering analytical solutions.
• Experience with SDLC: design, testing, deployment, documentation.
• Proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and execute.
