About This Position
Divine Group Management is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Facility Administrator to oversee all operational, clinical, and administrative functions of our residential program. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the facility operates in full compliance with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) rules, AHCCCS regulations, and the organization’s Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the facility's licensed status and ensure continuous compliance with all ADHS regulations (AAC Title 9, Chapter 10, Article 7).
Develop, implement, and review all facility policies and procedures (R9-10-703.C).
Oversee all quality management activities, including incident reporting and process improvement.
Manage fiscal operations, contracts, and resource allocation.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all personnel, ensuring staff files meet all regulatory requirements (R9-10-706).
Serve as the point of contact for external agencies, including ADHS surveyors.
If applicable, designate a qualified Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) as the Clinical Director (R9-10-703.D).
Required Qualifications
Written qualifications must meet those established in the facility’s scope of services and P&Ps.
Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a residential or behavioral health setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of ADHS, AHCCCS, and relevant state statutes.
