Part-time Clinical Therapist hourly or contract at Serna Solutions LLC – Albuquerque, New Mexico

Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:

• Provide psycho-therapeutic and psych-educational services to individuals, couples, families and groups;
• Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director;
• Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;
• Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development;
• Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;
• Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provide follow up to referring agency;
• Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;
• Contact client directly for the purposes of follow up and case management
• Work with office personnel to schedule clients
• Provide crisis intervention, as needed;
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications include:

• Independent licensure as a Clinical Therapist
• Qualification in the following Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, MBSEP, Brainspotting, etc.).

Flexible Work Hours

This position includes benefits prorated according to the number of hours worked for Serna Solutions as a .5 FTE or .75 FTE including, medical, dental, vacations, sick and mental health days.
