Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and support nursing operations during night shifts within our community. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care to residents
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift
• Lead resident assessments and care planning
• Ensure compliance with care standards and best practices
• Promote residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families
• Oversee assigned facility areas and respond to urgent needs
• Foster a positive, professional care environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN license required
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in senior living required
• Strong clinical expertise with a compassionate, resident-centered approach
