Responsibilities
- Utilizes expertise in testing, platform, public cloud, product lines, and data knowledge to provide management and stewardship of shared, hybrid, end-to-end or horizontal test environment solutions to enable effective and efficient Dev Sec Ops delivery across the enterprise.
- Develops and maintains policies, strategies, guidelines, standards and procedures to support hybrid test environment and testing needs
- Develops processes and tools for managing test environments
- Maintains the overall stability and availability of test environments
- Collects and analyzes information to identify opportunities for improving use, efficiencies, or user experience for test environments
- Supports business operations by promoting and enabling ET strategies, initiatives, architecture, and direction for test environments
- Provides support, direction, and horizontal oversight for general test environment needs during systems upgrades, installations, and migrations
- Provides triage, problem management, and incident support for test environment issues that do not clearly align to a product area, which create conflicts amongst users, or require decisions from a shared environment standpoint
- Maintains the integrity and stability of the test environment to the appropriate level in comparison to production and develops recommendations for environment support and enhancements
- Creates and maintains metrics, dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools needed to properly manage shared test environments
- Leverages coding or scripting to identify and automate repetitive or manual tasks, perform test environment health checks, or do functional checkouts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a business environment
- Knowledge and understanding of shared test environments, cross-platform issues and integration, and synchronized and shared data considerations and implications.
- Knowledge and experience with AWS, public cloud, ROSA, and mainframe
- Experience creating and supporting metrics, dashboards, and reports using tools such as QlikSense, PowerBI, etc.
- Experience with coding/scripting, functional checkouts, health checks, etc.
- DevOps knowledge and experience: Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD/BDD), security and compliance automation, FastAPI, Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Java, React JS
- Knowledge and experience with triaging tools, such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Experience with ServiceNow
- High-level knowledge of lines of business and major integration points through common or core services beneficial

- Potential starting salary range: $95,000-$110,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
