Job Duties:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is at in the repair processes.
• Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repair.
• Effectively support front office operations and various departments
• Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
• Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
• Deliver repaired vehicles to customers.
• Other duties as required

• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical aptitude
• Experience in private or public insurance or the automotive industry is considered an asset.
• Resourceful with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
• A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.
