This role offers an opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for healthcare clients, ensuring their success with complex software solutions. You will guide clients through the entire product lifecycle, from implementation to optimization, helping them achieve measurable business outcomes and maximize ROI. By collaborating closely with internal teams such as Support, Product, and Development, you will ensure client issues are resolved efficiently and proactively identify opportunities to improve product adoption. This position requires both technical expertise and strong relationship management skills, as well as the ability to provide consultative guidance and conduct quarterly business reviews. Occasional travel to client sites (20–25%) is expected to maintain strong engagement and foster lasting client relationships.

Accountabilities:

As a Client Success Manager, you will ensure clients derive maximum value from their software solutions while maintaining long-term relationships:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing consultative guidance throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, and Development teams to resolve tickets and implement enhancements efficiently.

  • Evaluate client usage of products to recommend best practices and configuration solutions that improve performance and experience.

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the product suite to provide accurate, actionable advice.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews highlighting successes, ROI, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Support clients’ transition from implementation to post-go-live operations, ensuring smooth adoption and continued engagement.

  • Understand and communicate contractual obligations, service agreements, and scope of work effectively.

Requirements:

Candidates should combine healthcare IT knowledge with technical aptitude and strong client management skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry or healthcare revenue cycle.

  • 3+ years of payer contract experience preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience with relevant software solutions such as contract management and pre-claim editing systems.

  • 2+ years of Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience.

  • 2+ years of hands-on Epic system experience.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage client expectations and foster trust.

  • Ability to travel 20–25% to client sites as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
