We are seeking an Accountant responsible for performing daily financial and administrative tasks using QuickBooks.

The role includes accurate financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, payment processing, and supporting the accounting team.

• Record financial transactions in QuickBooks.

• Pull and integrate data from PrismHR.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Assist with audits and prepare required documentation.

• Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Communicate professionally with internal teams.

• High school diploma required.

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong problemsolving skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Teamoriented, reliable, and proactive.

• 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
