Description: Maintenance Mechanic – 3rd Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Location: Inman, SC

HTI is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to join our premier client on 3rd shift. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity where you’ll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance on presses, injection molding machines, robotics, and plant equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems (no PLC programming required, just basic troubleshooting)

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to service and repair equipment

• Rebuild, overhaul, and install machinery as needed

• Partner with production supervisors and engineers to resolve equipment issues quickly

• Communicate with vendors and contractors for parts, services, and quotes

• Maintain a safe, organized work area and support ISO policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical required; hydraulic/pneumatic strongly preferred)

• Ability to repair, service, and troubleshoot robotics and manufacturing equipment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled environments (sometimes hot, dirty, or at heights using ladders/lifts)

• Forklift license required (or ability to obtain through Mack Molding)

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 3rd shift, 12-hour schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 2-3 rotating schedule)

• Pay Range: $25 – $33/hour, based on experienced

• Shift Differential: Additional $1/hour for nights

• Occasional overtime opportunities available
