As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will partner closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to build scalable reporting, analyze campaign performance, and measure impact across the entire customer journey. You will transform complex marketing data into actionable recommendations that directly influence strategy, optimize ROI, and support decision-making at all levels. Serve as the analytics partner for marketing teams, designing and scaling reporting capabilities across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints.
Track and measure marketing KPIs, attribution, and overall impact on customer acquisition and revenue milestones.
Automate operating review deliverables to ensure consistency and efficiency in reporting and dashboards.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance analytical capabilities and data infrastructure.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness based on performance analysis.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau; experience with DBT, Python, or R is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to independently manage analytics projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Curiosity and openness to using AI to enhance analytics efficiency and decision-making.
