We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care Physician Practice. The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and assist in the coordination of that care including follow up and referrals, as necessary. Facilitates optimal clinical workflow; assists each provider during patient visit including procedures; prepares supplies, equipment and instruments for patient procedures; participates in patient education.

• Conduct patient assessments, triage, and vital sign monitoring
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments per provider orders
• Support management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document accurate and timely clinical notes in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care
• Respond to urgent or emergent patient needs within the clinic setting

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurses; current license as a Registered Nurse within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; current CPR; two years of experience in a physician office.

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.
