Head of Architecture at Jobgether – Spain

This is a highly strategic leadership role at the heart of a global technology transformation, shaping the architectural foundations that enable next-generation communications and AI-driven enterprise solutions. You will define and drive the end-to-end technology vision, ensuring scalable, resilient, and innovation-ready architectures across multiple domains including AI, enterprise IT, data, telecom, and developer experience. Acting as a key member of a central innovation leadership team, you will bridge product strategy, engineering execution, and large-scale platform design. The role involves leading a distributed architecture team and collaborating with senior stakeholders across global technology and business units. You will play a critical part in translating emerging technologies into scalable, real-world impact used by millions of users worldwide. • Define and lead the end-to-end enterprise and product architecture strategy across AI, data, IT, telecom, and developer platforms.
• Develop and maintain a common reference architecture that enables scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape target architecture aligned with digital transformation and business objectives.
• Ensure technical governance while enabling innovation, agility, and operational stability across platforms.
• Lead a multidisciplinary architecture team distributed across multiple locations and technical domains.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, including integration, ERP, ITSM, identity management, and large-scale service delivery.
• Experience bridging enterprise IT, product engineering, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to define scalable architecture in highly complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
