The environment is dynamic, purpose-oriented, and suited for professionals who thrive in international development and strategic fundraising.

- Opportunity to contribute to high-impact, mission-driven development programs
- Direct collaboration with experienced international development teams
- Exposure to global donors, foundations, and corporate partners
- Meaningful work supporting poverty reduction and agricultural transformation
- Dynamic, purpose-led working environment with strong ownership of deliverables
