Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hiring Range: $21.52 - $22.60 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Patient Access team, you will:
- Create positive first impressions by greeting, checking in, and assisting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume clinical environment
- Manage patient registration and scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) by preparing, verifying, and updating patient information
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups, supporting smooth patient flow
- Verify insurance and eligibility, including DSHS screening and demographic updates
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, routing calls, data entry, scanning, and correspondence
- Support clinic operations by collaborating across departments and providing coverage as needed
What You Bring:
- HS Diploma or GED
- One (1) year experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing, or administrative environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail. Medical, dental, or behavioral health front desk experience preferred
- Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA
- Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn multiple systems in a fast-paced setting
- Consistently reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
