This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling international sales operations across the Americas and Europe for a fast-growing risk decisioning platform. You will own the end-to-end revenue strategy, combining hands-on enterprise selling with the design and execution of scalable go-to-market systems. Acting as both a player and builder, you will secure flagship enterprise customers while laying the foundations for a high-performing regional sales organization. The role requires strong commercial leadership, deep experience in complex B2B SaaS sales, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, early-stage environments. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape product direction and global expansion strategy. This is a pivotal opportunity to directly influence international growth and long-term revenue trajectory.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building scalable sales systems, and establishing a high-performance commercial organization across international markets:
- Own full revenue responsibility for Americas and Europe, including pipeline generation, bookings, forecasting, and growth targets.
- Define and execute go-to-market and market entry strategies, including ICP definition, pricing, vertical focus, and positioning.
- Lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across fintech, banking, and digital platform ecosystems.
- Build and scale the regional sales organization, including hiring and developing AEs, SDRs, SEs, and sales leadership roles.
- Develop repeatable sales methodologies, playbooks, and operational frameworks to enable scalable revenue growth.
- Establish strong sales operations discipline, including forecasting accuracy, CRM usage, pipeline governance, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align GTM strategy and incorporate customer feedback into product evolution.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales leadership experience combined with a proven track record of building and scaling teams in international markets:
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3–5+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience building sales organizations or launching new geographies (0→1 and scaling experience).
- Strong track record of closing enterprise deals across Americas and/or Europe.
- Experience selling complex solutions to financial services, fintechs, payment platforms, or digital-first companies is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and manage long sales processes.
- Strong capability in designing sales processes, playbooks, and repeatable revenue systems.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM-driven operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to attract, hire, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
