This executive leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth within a fast-scaling SaaS environment serving the property management and vacation rental industry. The VP, Sales will build and lead a high-performing, results-driven sales organization while shaping go-to-market execution across multiple customer segments. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships. It requires a strong balance of analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and hands-on leadership in complex enterprise sales cycles. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with revenue targets, market expansion goals, and brand positioning, while ensuring disciplined execution across all segments.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven execution.
- Own customer and partner relationships at the executive level, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and solution alignment across key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic sales decisions.
- Establish and manage sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of bookings and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to optimize processes, tools, and go-to-market alignment.
- Oversee sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong financial performance.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Proven success leading enterprise sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue and bookings targets.
- Strong experience within SaaS business models, ideally with exposure to vacation rental, property management, or related markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and coach high-performing sales teams in competitive and fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive-level decision-makers.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud, and strong proficiency in sales reporting and forecasting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
