Production Supervisor (Value Stream Manager) at THE RITESCREEN COMPANY LLC – Rancho Cucamonga, California

We need someone who is comfortable on the floor, earns the respect of their team by showing up alongside them, and knows how to drive real results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

As our Production Supervisor, you'll own the performance of your value stream from the floor up. That means:

• Leading daily operations with a clear focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets
• Driving a genuine culture of continuous improvement — running kaizen events, coaching Lean principles, and eliminating waste in real time
• Managing labor plans, production schedules, and team priorities across your shift
• Conducting Gemba walks and keeping performance metrics visible, meaningful, and acted upon
• Developing your team through coaching, cross-training, and building accountability at every level
• Presenting performance data to internal leadership and participating in customer and supplier visits as needed
• Enforcing a strong safety culture in full compliance with Cal/OSHA and California workplace regulations

• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams and driving results on the floor
• Strong Lean manufacturing background — you know the tools, you've used them, and you can teach them
• A natural communicator who connects equally well with frontline team members and senior leadership
• Bilingual in English and Spanish — required to effectively lead our diverse California workforce
• Analytical and data-driven — comfortable with metrics boards, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA and California labor requirements
• Someone who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves, and holds themselves to the same standard they hold their team
