Lead advanced diagnosis, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines and systems, including troubleshooting intricate hydraulic, pneumatic, and power plant assemblies. Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor journeymen and apprentices, and drive quality, innovation, and efficiency in maintenance operations. Ensure compliance, training, and continuous improvement at the organizational level.

- Technical training in aviation field.5-7 years in aircraft maintenance preferred.Meet the inspection personnel requirements of FAR 145.155
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
A & P License and/or Inspection Authorization License required.
Computer Skills:
Prefer ability to work in MS word, excel programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Occasional periods of walking, sitting, rotation, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment:
- Frequent exposure to general shop conditions, engine noise.Frequent exposure to aircraft exhaust, moving mechanical parts, lubricants, metals, and solvents.Frequent exposure to seasonal weather.
