  • Creating and updating market-leading legal content in private equity and transactional practice areas.
  • Managing end-to-end development of content aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product managers to drive success.
  • Integrating customer feedback to enhance legal tools and resources.
  • Recruiting and managing contributions from external authors.
  • Recommending content strategy and product design improvements.
  • Staying informed on practice area trends and news.
  • Monitoring product competitiveness and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a transactional lawyer.
  • In-depth knowledge of private equity and investment management workflows.
  • Familiarity with real estate, corporate M&A, finance, and venture capital.
  • Experience in private funds and alternative investments at law firms or legal departments.
  • Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with AI technologies in legal content development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and online legal research.
  • J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar membership.
