Job Description:As a Team Member at E+ROSE Wellness Caf, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Food & Beverage Preparation:Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, juices, coffee,and other menu items following our recipes and standards.
• Point-of-SaleManagement:Operate the point-of-saleregister, manage transactions accurately, and handle customer orders efficiently.
• Cleanliness & Organization:Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth caf operations and a positive work environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Passion for Health & Wellness:A strong interest in healthy living, nutrition, and wellness.
• Excellent Communication Skills:Ability to interact with customers and team members in a positive and professional manner.
• Attention to Detail:Ability to follow recipes and guidelines precisely to maintain consistency and quality.
• Reliability:Punctuality and dependability are essential, with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Team Player:A collaborative spirit, willing to assist others and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a caf, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
