- Coordinate strategies for quality and cost-effective oncology patient care.
- Assess patient needs and orient them to hospital and outpatient settings.
- Deliver comprehensive cancer care from diagnosis to survivorship.
- Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and managing new patient referrals.
- Develop and report metrics to enhance oncology programs.
- Provide emotional support and advocate for patients in their journeys.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology nursing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Current CPR certification and oncology certification required within 2 years.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
