- Lead and manage the Employee Relations team, ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align employee relations strategy with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance to leaders on various employee relations issues, including performance and corrective actions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve employee relations matters.
- Conduct workplace investigations, ensuring compliance and sensitivity.
- Support Employee Relations Representative in daily operations.
- Develop and update employee handbook policies with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Deliver training for leaders to minimize risk and promote fairness.
- Leverage trends and data to preemptively address potential employee relations issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and act respectfully, building trust throughout the organization.
- Ensure adherence to regulations on workplace accommodations and disability support.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
