- Manage the critical path process for all technical aspects from pre-design to project completion.
- Lead engagement with Project Quality Leaders for ongoing project support.
- Translate technical aspects into actionable service deliverables.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to establish realistic work and labor plans.
- Conduct Project Risk Assessments and proactively resolve issues.
- Assist in developing Project Quality Plans and manage phase milestone reviews.
- Review execution of documentation strategies for drawing deliverables.
- Align design aspirations with client goals and project constraints.
- Ensure building performance and sustainable design goals are integrated.
- Monitor project documentation compliance with contractual obligations.
- Guide Life Safety, Building, and Energy Code compliance efforts.
- Lead coordination tasks across all disciplines to meet design intent.
- Oversee project team members focusing on technical quality standards.
- Support office Quality efforts beyond direct project commitments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
- 5 years in construction documentation on large institutional projects.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
- Strong focus on quality and adherence to building codes.
- Business acumen and client leadership skills are essential.
- Ability to mentor less experienced staff.
- Advanced knowledge in the discipline required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
- Salary range: $108,598 to $136,223 annually.
