The RoleReporting to the Director, Channel Sales. This role focuses on Technology Services Distributors (TSD) partners by building and maintaining core relationships required to drive revenue through the recruitment, engagement, and activation of their Technology Services Broker (TSB) partners with our Territory Channel Managers. You will be responsible for the management, execution, and monitoring across our Top 6 TSD partners in alignment to Megaports NAM goals for Net-New TSB partner activations, New MRR from New Logos, and Customer Expansion/Retention. What Youll Be Doing
  • Establish mutual targets with TSD Partner on KPIs, while monitoring progress and reporting results in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with their executives and supplier team
  • Participate in Go-to-Market strategies with our Territory Channel Managers for engaging TSD Partner resources to support the recruitment efforts for new TSB Partners and accelerate their progression through the Partner lifecycle from onboarding to enablement to activation
  • Develop and execute tailored enablement programs to educate and train TSD Partner sales reps, solution team, and top TSB Partners on Megaports innovation, solutions, and value proposition
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to ensure TSD Partner portals and Megport internal resources are up-to-date with current and relevant resources to drive awareness and education around Megaport solutions, partner resources, and deal support
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with TSD Partners and Channel Marketing to promote Megaports latest innovations, solution bundles, and use cases to equip partner sellers for success
  • Represent Megaport at key Agent Channel and TSD Partner events, serving as an extension to our TSD Partner and TSB Partners contacts to strengthen presence, visibility and engagement
What We Are Looking For
  • Located anywhere in the United States
  • Experience focused on TSD Partner relationships, with a background in telecommunications, networking, cloud, or IT services sales within the Channel
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, enabling, and growing partner ecosystems, particularly with TSB Partners through the TSD Partner contacts
  • Deep understanding of the channel landscape in the United States, with existing relationships a must
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, partners and solution teams
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding deliverables including Quota Attainment and KPIs
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; flexible and adaptable
  • Comfortable working in a flexible and remote, globally distributed work environment
  • Ability to travel regionally to attend partner meetings, enablement sessions, and events
