- Provide strategic consulting services related to R&D tax credits and deductions.
- Manage R&D tax credit studies involving client data analysis and technical report preparation.
- Draft technical memoranda on R&D matters and provide audit defense support.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and become an expert in their business operations.
- Assist in managing client engagement metrics including staffing and profitability.
- Support team growth through mentorship and collaborative learning opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.
- CPA, JD, or EA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in R&D tax credits.
- 2+ years of supervisory and mentoring experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to lead teams while demonstrating exceptional client service.
