About the RoleWe’re hiring a Client Success Intern to support client administration, documentation, communication, and task coordination across multiple client engagements. This role is great for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn client relationship best practices in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What You’ll DoSupport client onboarding/offboarding tasks and help maintain client documentation.
Update HubSpot (and other systems) with accurate client information, notes, and activity.
Organize, file, and archive client communications and deliverables.
Maintain weekly status reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Join client and internal meetings, capture action items, and support follow-ups.
Coordinate and track client-related tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with presentation prep and client-facing communications.
Support quality checks on deliverables and help identify process improvement opportunities.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business Administration, Project Management, or related field) as a Junior or Senior.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
Basic project management knowledge (coursework or experience).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) or ability to learn new tools quickly.
