Responsibilities:
    Responsible for management of the unit and performance of all employeesManage the group and deliver the goals and metrics of eachServe as primary client and UGS contactOther responsibilities include operations management, team performance management, client management, performance metrics, mentoring and special projects
Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree, any fieldExperience as BPO Account/ Operations Manager for at least 2 yearsMust have at least 2 years BPO experience in Financial ProgramsManagerial experience of teams greater than 40 FTEExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong planning, change management and organizational skills.Demonstrate ability to solve problems, achieve results and foster strong customer service orientation.High degree of initiative, team building and dedication to effective positive change.Willing to work on any shift schedule especially graveyardWilling to work in Cagayan De Oro
