Full Stack Developer (with AI & Automations experience)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to join an AI consulting firm. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of the company, working alongside non-technical founders to deliver high-impact client projects.

• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Time Zone: ACDT — 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Monthly Salary: $700 - $900 (negotiable, depending on experience)
  

What You’ll Do

• Technical Scoping: Review proposed builds for businesses that have been audited. You will assess feasibility and provide structured estimates on effort, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain internal and external dashboards. Examples include compliance tracking portals, financial service utilities, and custom data visualization tools.
• AI & Agent Builds: Develop custom AI chatbots and specialized AI agents tailored to specific client workflows.
• Automation Engineering: Implement and manage complex workflows using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier, extending these tools with custom code (webhooks, scripts) when they hit their native limits.
• Data Management: Handle CRM data syncs, migrations, and database integrations.
• Strategic Communication: Translate technical complexities for non-technical founders and provide clear, structured updates on project blockers.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of professional coding experience.
• Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency with Make.com, n8n, or Zapier, with the specific ability to extend these tools with custom code when necessary.
• Proven experience building automation workflows, working with REST APIs, and custom integrations.
• Ownership mindset, high level of independence, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Backend: .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core (Primary), or Node.js.

Nice-to-Haves

• Python: Highly valued for AI-related tasks and data processing.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB, or Vector DBs (Pinecone, etc.).
• Platforms: Understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Industry Context: Background working with professional services (Finance, Mortgage, or Consulting).
