Your Role:

You’ll create a warm atmosphere while providing top-notch customer service to residents, guests, and team members from our state-of-the-art Bistro.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare for Success: Set up the Bistro for a welcoming dining experience
• Serve With Pride: Ensure exceptional service during operating hours
• Maintain Quality: Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve perfect food presentation and quality
• Dietary Care: Assist with pre-approved dietary requests
• Sanitation Champion: Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment
• Embrace Team Spirit: Support catering services and special events as needed

Requirements: Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous line serving and minimal cooking experience preferred
• Prior working experience and/or interacting with an elderly population preferred
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above, carry, and lift (up to 50 pounds +/-)
